It is always a pleasure to receive feedback on how the CC Africa experience has touched our guests. Here is just a sample of the incredible comments we have been receiving from our guests staying at our lodges across Africa.

| Peter M. Armour [Phinda Forest Lodge] |

"A small group of us recently visited Forest Lodge in the Phinda Private Game
Reserve to help one of our numbers celebrate an important birthday. The
reception we received there, and the flawless way things were arranged for
us was of such a high order that I feel it important to convey our
delightful thanks to your Organisation. In the process I would also like to
commend both the management of the Reserve and the many at Forest Lodge who
made it so wonderful to be there.
Probably the first thing which impressed us all was the very real effort
that seems to have been made to make sure CC Africa's commitment to
conservation is actually carried out. In an age when many Companies publish
"Mission Statements" claiming to be our planet's devoted protectors, all
while doing egregious damage to its most fragile parts, it's so special to
find a corporation which actually "walks the walk", as well as "talking the
talk". All the staff at Phinda seemed to have a real pride, not only in
their particular job, but also in the overall goal of helping to preserve
Africa's great wildlife heritage.
And their training must have been of a very high order, for all we met at
the Forest Lodge were cheerful, and helpful, taking prompt care of all our
needs during our stay....
Not only that but out entire visit went off without a hitch. That in itself
suggests a high level of management ability. This opinion is supported by
the evident respect and liking the lodge staff displayed toward their
manager."

"We all loved our trip and are already discussing our next CC Africa
expedition! We will all be recommending very highly to everyone we know to
stay with your lodges as not only the service but the Company's philosophy
and people cannot be bettered. I can't say enough about how wonderful the
people were."

"The staff at Madikwe Safari Lodge were all extremely helpful and friendly.
The accommodation was good - especially the plunge pools and outdoor shower.
Mark, our ranger, was very good too and made our game viewing experiences
fun and Aaron, Camp Manager, plus Margaret and Solomon all made us feel very
welcome and couldn't do enough for us."

"Just got back from our safari via London last night and my husband and I are
anxious to let you know the results of our trip.
It was absolutely fantastic and went far beyond any expectations we had!
First, of course, just being in those locations, the animal and bird
sightings were truly magnificent. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable, dramatic, and magical each in their own way.
The food was excellent. Every meal was delicious and creative. And in
general, the level of organization was outstanding. I felt completely taken
care of and therefore, carefree. That alone is worth the price of gold!
But most impressive of all was the quality of staff that we encountered at
each site. Everyone was professional but warm and welcoming. Every need
truly was taken care of. I can't tell you how much we appreciated their
work and personalities.
Plus the little extras like drinks at sunset on the open plains or breakfast
outside along the river. So many thoughtful and memorable experiences.
Our drivers were most excellent - again at each site. They always asked us
what we would like to see on each ride (even though we knew there were never
any guarantees of such), anticipated our needs on the rides, and made it
possible for us to get unbelievable photographic shots. Plus we loved the
land rovers - they were perfect for seeing and being so comfortable in the
open air. We saw a few from some other companies that didn't measure up in
our estimation.
In summary, many, many thanks for the most wonderful trip of my life. Your
company has much to be proud of. I will recommend CC Africa at any and all
opportunities. And while I imagined before the trip that this would be our
only trip to Africa, now we are not so sure. So you may hear from us again
- time will tell."

"I wish we could give you the names of all those that helped to make the
trip so great but it wouldn't be fair to all those who worked so hard behind
the scenes to make the picture perfect.
To "cut to the chase" as we say in the US of A, CC Africa has an outstanding operation that includes the accommodations, the location of its
facilities, and most importantly, its people. Without exception, everyone
we met was extremely friendly and eager to help in any way they could.
Service was impeccable, especially the "bubble bath" and the bouquet of 40
roses at the Ngorongoro Crater Lodge. That's going to be a tough act for me
to follow at home.
The game drives, the real reason for the safari, were conducted in
comfortable vehicles and were extremely interesting. Without exception our
guides were knowledgeable, courteous and friendly."

"Our comments about Ngala? SUPERB!
We have stayed at Ngala SIX times up to now and we're looking forward to the
seventh one!
In 2001 we knew nothing about CC Africa, so we chose some game reserves at
random through a Tour Operator.
We choose Ngala just by chance and we loved both the place and the staff so
much that we returned many times!
We like CC Africa and the way they deal with conservation, nature and people.

"On behalf of my husband and myself I would like to compliment you on the
quality of the CC Africa guides and trackers.
We are lucky enough to get to the bush fairly regularly in SA, Zimbabwe and
Botswana. The quality and integrity of the CC Africa staff is far superior
to any other that we have encountered. Wherever we go the CC Africa
understanding and commitment to conservation never wavers."

"We were enchanted with our stay at Kwandwe. The various lodges
making up the Park were magnificent, and we were delighted with our spacious
Ecca Lodge suite and its tasteful and resolutely modern decor. From top to
bottom, the Kwandwe staffers were outstanding professionals: ever attentive
to our needs, helpful, gracious, and unfailingly good-humored. And, we had
almost too much of a good thing with the Lodge food and house wines.
I do want to send special plaudits to our safari team. We took six safari
drives with them - three morning trips and three evening ones. They made each
one a different and fascinating venture - carefully explaining what we were
seeing and tracking; providing guidance on the Park, its history,
vegetation; communicating to us their enthusiasm and knowledge. They made
those trips special and memorable occasions for the both of us.

"BOTTOM LINE - the trip was FANTASTIC, over and above our expectations and dreams...
The most important observation - CC Africa have "sold" NATURE (not only the big 5) to the visitors. This means that at a comfortable and pleasing pace, the guides described the environment, the animals and birds - big and small, the soil, plants and trees, and the interactions among all the different pieces. This approach made me feel "in heaven", whether I saw the big-5, or not. "

"The trip was the event of my travelling life!
I can't even describe all we experienced, the wonders of nature, the varied terrain in all the different camps and countries, the sweet warm attentive staffs, the people we met from all over the world, the great food & beautiful 5 star accommodations fit for a queen! The exquisite birds that I never thought I'd care about til then, animals of every sort up close, 10
ft away from our vehicles, and often just roaming through our ungated camps.
Mind boggling! All the information from our guides, our butlers serving tea
in bed before breakfast, and after the game drives, a bubble bath drawn with
roses on table and a fireplace lit. The visit to a Masai warrior village,
the lovely gifts we got from some of them...
... so many animals and great birds and trees and people to learn about. It
truly was remarkable and richly rewarding and educational. "

"Madikwe was by far and away the highlight of our visit to South Africa with
all the staff being so friendly and helpful. Food and wine was also
appreciated but it was the wild life that took the breath away. We were
successful in 'clocking' black rhino which was our main objective but were
also impressed by cheetah and wild dogs. Too many other sightings to
mention.
Gill and I liked the enthusiasm that everyone had for conservation and the
enjoyment that they expressed about working for an organisation that puts
this first."

"Yes indeed, we have had a great "safari" thanks to the excellent service, the remarkable staff and the well trained guides, the luxury and outstanding
lodges/camps, the thrilling game drives, the untouched wilderness, the spectacular views, and beautiful landscapes. We have really taken
unforgettable memories back home to Switzerland!
We will definitely return to Africa and benefit form CC Africa's outstanding services!"

"We had the trip of the life time and we already want to go back. We love CC
Africa and plan on telling anybody we know to use you. Thank you for all
your assistance. You were very good with all the details and if I had to
grade you I would give you an A+++. We love your country."

"What we experienced was truly amazing, given the fact that I can be rather pedantic when experiencing poor or indifferent service.
The service levels were outstanding and CC Africa has a wonderful team spirit. Staff a the camp represent the spine of CC Africa - and if this is indicative of all CC Africa's camps then I can only commend CC Africa as a business. The warmth of their smiles, their genuine interest in our well being and the happiness amongst the staff at the lodge all contributed to a wonderful atmosphere."
